Although Italian and Hungarian are national minorities' languages, you cannot study in them in Slovenia.

  • The Act on Special Rights of the Italian and Hungarian National Communities in the Field of Education regulates only the rights at pre-school, primary and secondary school, but not at universities.
  • The only exception is, of course, if you're studying one of these languages and its' literature at the relevant departments.
