Because the language of science does not develop on its own.
- For a language it is really important to be widely used, especially in science.
- Slovene as the language of science is the top of historical linguistic efforts, and it also confirms that the language is fully developed.
- Scientists have to publish about their achievements. If all the scientists in the world only used English and published in international journals, local Slovene journals would become redundant and no one would publish in them. Consequently Slovene as the language of science would no longer be developed and eventually it would lack expressions for new phenomena. Could it then still be called Slovene science?
